Well I've only been going to cons in Ireland for the past 2 years and there havn't been very many. Now I'm living in Wales so I have better access to conventions in England as well like the MCM Expo. There is however a massive surplus in cons in Ireland this year so over the summer I might attend a few more if I have the time or money. ^^

It's usually 2 per year but this year (2011) has added 2 more making it a total of 4 cons per year! I do not go to conventions alone, I only go with my friends because you save so much money. My last Colossocon ended up costing me $74 for the room share, the total for the room was $800 for the entire weekend because there was like 11 or 12 of us splitting the cost.
