usually I go for artwork, however I figure that as I age I find that I prefer usable items that are customized to my tastes that will help me out with my daily life.

Charms or buttons are usually what I end up buying from artists.
Might I suggest hats as well. They always grab my attention if they're unique/interesting~

Well, if I buy something from an artist it has to be unique (Something you can’t get anywhere else).
Using the term “hand made” and “each one if different” will normally add to the desirability of an item. Who know you may be able to reuse some of your left over material.
Your paw mark logo would make a nice key ring. That could come under charms. Take a leaf out of DAs book and look at their store. They advertise the odd key ring/t-shirt and just about any odd item to attract sales.
Now you appear back on DA I HAVE to ask, how are you now?
