Too much to do!
.......TOO MUCH TO DO! :U
You should know this by now, but my friends and I are taking a big road trip down to Dallas, Texas for A-kon: the longest-running anime convention in the United States. It'll be my 4th year attending now and it's quite a drive from Colorado... so we'll be leaving around midnight this Thursday (June 9th). After that, you won't see me on DA till we return some time Monday (June 13).
I will be wearing the Shadow Lugia costume, probably at least once every day, and I usually hang out on the first floor under the escalators with it on. If you want to know exactly when and where I'll be, feel free to follow my "CanineHybrid" Twitter that I will be using to keep in touch with the outside world about the convention occasionally. I'll post when I'm out and about in costume. Also will be attending any Pokémon or video game related photoshoots. Don't forget your Pokéwalker!
At this point the Groudon costume is right about 75% done... so we're taking it with us as is to see if we can't work on finishing the beast in the hotel room (like friggin ALWAYS <<). It's still up in the air if he'll make it out on the convention floor or not. I'll be sure to update you if that's gonna happen. Ani's Rayquaza will not be joining us this year. Kyogre might make it, but only if Groudon does.
I've gotten requests by several people to do a sort of vblog of our times at the convention... have people follow me around with the camera, record random goings-on, talking to the lens about nothing special. That sort of thing. So I figured I'd try to give it a shot. I'm not too good with remembering to whip out my camera at cons, despite how often I use it in daily life and that I carry it with my everywhere. But if I do end up doing it, you may not see the footage for awhile- it'll have to be edited.
If you're on this list, means I know you and that you're coming to A-kon. If you'd like to be added to this list, let me know asap. I have a poor memory (not helping that it's been almost 24 hours since I slept) so if you spot me at the convention, don't be afraid to come say hi and let me know who you are.

I can't wait to see your costume when it's completed
After watching you on youtube you have sorta inspired me to make my own fursuit but I only have one question, why do you cover it in duct tape?
I'll be sure to post plenty of photos and videos of Groudon soon as it's ready.
Also fantastic, I wish you luck on whatever you're hoping to make. And it's funny- I get asked this question all the time. Once I'm done sculpting the foam, I put down a layer of cling wrap and then duct tape. The reason for this step is so I can cover it in a shell, one that duplicates the surface area of the structure underneath perfectly, (which I can remove easily thanks to the cling wrap preventing the duct tape from sticking to the foam) that becomes the patterns for my fabric. Duct tape helps me get the perfect size and shape for all the pieces of fabric that will need to be cut and sewn together for the final covering.
I was going to make Pokemon but we couldn't decide on one so my brother picked Flygon, I think thats a pretty good choice.
Ah, that explains it
I was really confused when I watched the videos
so its time to update your list XD
