*flops around* Remind me never again to procrastinate on finals.


This is also not the final version, but unfortunately becuase the deadline for the competition will end while I'm at work tonight, I want to make sure I get something in to count. It's completed enough to work and I'm really hoping I made the right choice by working on this all day.

Oh yeah, there's a background too.. it's just that they're battling IN THE DARK! Muahaha!


So here is our magnificent *cough* entry for the Pokemon Ultimate Battle Frontier's Round 3 collaboration project. Whew. This was indeed a close call. My wonderful partner ~Corleos has been awesome in strategizing with me over the past month on what Pokemon and attacks we should use. It was a lot of fun, thank you! We both talked about doing something that would totally stand out... we figured most people would just do a standard "I draw, you color" kind of collab. But that's too boring! We wanted to bring both of our skills into this and I fell in love with his lineless art style, and thus this animation was born :>

Unfortunately we both had problems with life getting in the way and thus we were not able to work on this together until the very last minute. (Go figure with me right?) So this is the effort of ONE day's worth of art. Ugh. But we pulled through! I just really REEAALLLY wish I didn't have to go to work today, it would have helped so much to be able to add in the trainers. I hope all this effort and sleeplessness pays off in the end.
